Hematopathology Faculty Position
The Department of Pathology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is searching for a faculty member in the division of hematopathology. Academic rank is commensurate with experience and scholarly achievement. The applicant must hold a doctoral degree in medicine and must be board certified by the American Board of Pathology, with subspecialized training in hematopathology. The successful applicant will be expected to participate in the bone marrow/lymph node, fluid/coagulation and flow cytometry diagnostic services, take part in resident and medical student education, conduct productive, basic, clinical and/or translational research, and collaborate with a world class Hematology/Oncology division. Ohio State has an expanding NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center including an active bone marrow transplantation program as well as many outreach and affiliated hospitals resulting in a high volume of cases with a wide variety of specimens.
