Pathologist – Small Private Practice

Position: Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pathologist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a general surgical pathologist with strong diagnostic skills and excellent communication abilities. Fellowship training in [GI / Breast / GYN / Hemepath / Cytopathology / Dermatopathology] is preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpret surgical pathology, cytology, and frozen section specimens
Participate in clinical pathology oversight as needed
Communicate findings clearly with clinicians
Contribute to quality assurance and laboratory standards
Involvement in tumor boards or teaching activities depending on interest
Qualifications:

MD or DO with AP/CP or AP-only board certification/eligibility
Prefer candidates with a non-restricted Texas License
Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently while being a team player in a small-group setting
