An established, high-volume private anatomic pathology practice in the Caribbean is seeking a Consultant Pathologist for a flexible appointment (locum, part-time, or long-term).

General surgical pathology and cytology sign-out
Existing subspecialty support in: GI Pathology, Breast Pathology, Hematopathology
Opportunity for remote digital sign-out (full or partial, depending on licensure, case mix, and workflow)
Flexible hybrid onsite/remote model available
No weekend call
No frozen section call
Typical workload designed for efficiency and balance
Approximate daily commitment: 4–5 hours

Requirements

AP Board Certified, FRCPath, or equivalent consultant qualification
Comfortable with broad-based surgical pathology
Collegial, efficient, and quality-focused
Interested in international practice, lifestyle change, or flexible semi-retirement role
